These are three amazing whisks. They are made of stainless steel, the wires as well as the handles with a hook for hanging. They are light and easy to hold and whip eggs and whatever else needs whipping The balloon or top is formed with stainless steel wires which does not allow anything you whip to stick. They are narrow in shape and this makes them suitable for narrow bowls.
I really like these whisks because the set makes them versatile for anything you need to whip, be it delicate foam for a Bruelle or light frosting for a cake or a meringe of middle weight. I also like them because they are easy to clean. If I rinse them right away, everything comes off easily. If I let it dry on my whisk, it still washes clean because of the steel. The steel wires make them bend resistent. Given enough pressure, anything will bend, so be careful and don't store them in a drawer. A utinsel jar works better.
