I am a teacher, and that means walking around and standing most of my day.  Walking around the school, the playgrounds, the desks, the children and then going home to make dinner, clean and get my house in order and help my c hildren with their homework and errands.  By the time I get tosit down, it's time for me to lay down and go to sleep. Put my feet up? lol, massage those legs and my sore everything else that hurts.  The vibrating insoles are great for people who sit for long periods of time. It keeps the blood flowing.

VibraOrthotics has developed an insole insert that massages your feet using vibration.  First, you plug a USB cord into the blue plastic inserts until fully charged (red lights goes out). Second, put the inserts in the holes on the bottom of the insole. Place the insole into your shoes (insoles should be fitted and if the in sole too big mark to  and trim down) Point the remote control at your feet and press the top buttons on the foot-shaped controller. That is low.  The bottom button is high. The remote actually has six levels: 3 constant and 3 intermitant Keep on until you are relaxed and happy!

The insoles are made of a durable neoprene/rubber. The vibrating part is a very strong plastic. The charge on the vibrating soles will last approximately eight hours. The insoles, the vibrators, charging cord and remote come in a very nice zip bag.
