These
make-up brushes will make you feel like a beauty queen. They come with
pearlized handles, a rose gold band and some very fine synthetic brushes.
Synthetic brushes can be easily used, easily washed, and because they can be
washed just by using a little bit of baby shampoo, have less bacterial
collection.
When
using the brushes they feel so soft, gentle, and luxurious. I look forward to using them each day. Not
only are they beautiful they are superiorly functional. They easily pick up the
make up powder or liquid and puts it on evenly.
Each
brush is labels as to its use: finisher,
powder, pencil, concealer, big conture, liner, blender and a buffer. All the
brushes come in an handy travel bag with a zipper. The bag is lined with a pink
silky liner. The outside of the bag is a white, leatherlike, vinyl.
Beauty
Widgets describes the brushes as follows:
Beauty Widgets offer gorgeously soft, non-irritating synthetic
fibre bristles in this beautifully stylish makeup brush set of 8 makeup good brushes with rose gold and
white handles. Imagine these on your makeup table. We chose synthetic bristles
because we don’t like animal cruelty and anyway synthetic fibres are much less
likely to irritate sensitive skin or harbor bacteria. They are easier to wash
and dry and work equally well with liquids and powders. What’s not to like?
This beautiful 8 piece set of brushes comes with a name stamped on each brush
to help you to choose the right brush for the job. Included is a fully
waterproof, lined, zip-up makeup bag which fits the brushes perfectly while
leaving lots of room for your makeup essentials when you are going out or
traveling. Cleaning Beauty Widgets Brushes All our brushes are synthetic. Our
bristles are much easier to clean than animal hair. Animal bristles are known
to carry germs and bacteria, as well as being porous and inclined to waste
liquid foundations. Brushes that you use with creams and liquids will need more
frequent washing. We recommend that your use a very gentle shampoo (a baby
shampoo works very well). Squeeze a tiny bit of shampoo into the palm of your
hand, add a little water, and dip the brush, pushing the bristles into the palm
of your hand for about a minute. Rinse well in a bowl of warm water. Gently
squeeze out excess water, pat with a clean towel and leave to air dry, lying
flat or bristles head down. Don’t submerge the whole brush in water – just the
bristles. The handles can be wiped with a soft damp cloth. Your brushes will be
as good as new each time.
I
absolutely love these brushes, and I even like to leave them out when I have
guests over, in case they use the powder room, so they can see my lovely
brushes.
